History of Mrzeżyno
From the Middle Ages, Mrzeżyno was dependent on Trzebiatów and functioned as a commercial and fishing port. On March 17, 1975 in Mrzeżyno took place the first post-war Polish wedding to the sea by the soldiers of the 1st Warsaw Cavalry Brigade of the 1st Polish Army.
